Upon arrival in my room, there was litter on the floor; plastic packaging, some sort of plastic covered ties. On the desk was what I orginally thought to be a crack vial, turned out to be an empty perfume sample. Out of the three bath towels, one had tiny blood stain, another one had what I assume is shoe polish on it. Being close to Bourbon Street, on weekends the hotel is patroned by high school/college students looking for party. I was woken up in shock at 5:00 AM when some of them thought it'd be funny to knock loudly on my door, like it's some sort of police search or something.
The rooms are spacious. The bed is not one of those newer soft and comfy mattress you find in most hotels now, but I still slept pretty well. The staff at the desk were polite and helpful.
