We stayed at the Country Inn & Suites over Halloween weekend. The hotel was in a great location, close enough to walk to all kinds of restaurants, attractions, etc. but was quiet at night. I loved the exposed brick in the room and the free wi-fi. The continental breakfast was nothing extraordinary but easy to grab a bagel or yogurt before heading out. The front desk staff and concierge were helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We stayed at the Country Inn & Suites for a long Halloween weekend trip-- we loved the charming building, including the exposed brick and beautiful courtyard. The location was great for walking through the business district, the French Quarter and close to streetcar stops. Our favorite part about the hotel was chatting with John, the fantastic bartender at Country Inn & Suites! John was so welcoming and friendly, and had wonderful suggestions for restaurants that we probably wouldn't have found otherwise. Would recommend it to anyone!

We stayed here for one night when we went to a concert at the new orleans arena. We arrived at 11am and were happy they could check us in early. We got free valet parking with our room rate. I had requested a room on the 2nd floor which they honored but when we got into that room, it had no window in the bedroom area and felt very small and stuffy. I immediately called and requested a different room. Our 2nd room was on the 4th floor and it was awesome! It was a corner room with lots of windows and was very roomy. Loved the layout of this room so much! And to make it even better, we heard no noise from neighbors AT ALL!! So peaceful. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. There was a tour information person stationed in the lobby and he gladly gave us a map of the area and told us what areas to avoid. He answered all of our questions. We didn't use the pool but it looked great. The location of this hotel is prime. We were able to walk to the french quarter and always felt very safe. We even ended up walking back to the hotel after the concert and this was a longer walk but it worked for us. I would definitely stay here again!

The location of this hotel is very convenient. The common areas are nice enough. The staff was, on a hole, accomodating.

Unfortunately, we pre-paid for a non-smoking room. The room smelled like someone had just completed smoking a pack of cigarettes. After bringing this to the attention of the management, we were told the hotel was full and there were no other rooms available. I was forced to limit my time in the room, and I woke up ill each morning.

We stayed in the Country Inn and Suites New Orleans for 4 nights and could not have picked a better hotel for the price and location.
Great looking lobby with bricks and beams, and a nice room with gas fireplace. The breakfast room was well done as was the food. The hotel even had a small bar in the lobby.
All the rooms are different. We ask for an upgrade to a king suite with mircowave and fridge. The bedroom did not have a window so we asked for another room. The front desk clerk took care of it and we got a very nice room overlooking the pool courtyard (Rm #327) that had two windows.
The hotel was in a very nice location two blocks to Harrahs casino and two blocks to canal street. Walking around was very easy from this location.

Everything positive that we had read in Trip Advisor, was for real. Good location, walk to all the good spots in New Orleans and then come back to a more quite part of the town.
Clean rooms, good staff, better than average breakfast and the architectural look of the hotel makes a very good value.
