“Breakfast/brunch venue”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 8, 2013

Ideal spot for an early breakfast/brunch, quality French pastries, good coffee, friendly & efficient staff, close to Bourbon/Royal/Chartres streets. Shabby chic with character.
Only faults would be excessively sweet mass market juice instead of fresh pressed & Smuckers jam instead of a quality or home made jam/preserve.
A real favourite!

“Perfect for bkfst or pastries”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 27, 2013

Beautiful building and great pastries and breakfast items. Lots of locals buying goodies in large orders to take to office and such.

“Double YUM!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 25, 2013

I was in New Orleans last week and Checked Trip advisor on different places to eat. This pastry shop tops my list of favorite places to eat in the French Quarter. The quiche was excellent the pastry was light and fluffy and the coffee was just right. If you're in the neighborhood....GO!

“Best French Pastries!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 24, 2013

I love everything about this authentic bakery! Everything is freshly made, the coffee is great, the soups and sandwiches are also very good. I walk to this bakery at least 2 to 3 times on every trip to New Orleans, but it never seems to be enough! The croissants and the napoleans are some of my favorites along with their red beans and rice, and gumbo. The courtyard is lovely and the place has a very European feel. I always take treats back to the timeshare to enjoy later in the evening!

“Great place for breakfast”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 20, 2013

Bakery just a few steps from Inn on Ursulines, great place for breakfast. The baked goods are all fresh and appetising, the French decor enjoyable and the staff welcoming. Coffee is good and generous size.
