“Wonderful!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 4, 2014

I drive by this place everyday and have always been intrigued by the crazy exterior decor. I finally made it here to eat and I'm so glad I did! My roommate and I shared 3 appetizers and that could have fed 5 more people probably. Delicious food, great price, and fun decor inside and out. Staff is friendly and courteous.

“Oasis in Central City”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 14, 2014

This is one of our new favorite places. It's in an area of the city that's just beginning to really come back to life. The decor is wonderful and quirky - it's like stepping into Mexico when you go inside and the patio is just magical. Food is excellent and authentic, so it takes a little while to get to the table, which is no problem because the drinks are amazing and there is usually music. The owners are both charming people, and the staff is welcoming and attentive. An experience not to be missed.

“What's not to love.....”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 2, 2013

This is off the beaten track. So you will really be with a lot of locals. Latin in its menu, its decorating, its mood. Great drinks, good service, patio out back. Colorful in every way. Understand music on weekends. The owner greeted us. Highly recommend. Oh....and not expensive.

“Great local restaurant for tourists”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 24, 2013

This is out of the way for tourists but only a $6 cab ride from the French Quarter. The food is interesting and comfortable at the same time. It is just superb eating. My wife is a foodie and she raved about the food. The service has a 5 star feel without any pretentiousness. The kitchen is small so relax and enjoy the company. I would go again.
