“Our best meal of the trip”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 18, 2013

It was our third visit to Louisiana Bistro. The chef, although busy, takes the time to serve every course of the Feed Me option. The food was fresh, delicious, artfully presented, and told a real story of both the chef and the city. We can't wait to return!

“The flavor jumps out at you- it's that good!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 17, 2013

A wonderful, casual restaurant with very friendly staff. I had the same fish dish as a few days earlier at another restaurant, and the difference is amazing. While the other was quite good, this was fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant for everyone; our server Justin was attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly.

“Very Good Spot”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 14, 2013 via mobile

Talk about hidden gem. This place is away from all the revelry, so the setting is perfect. Call to make a reservation, they close at 10pm.

The food was delicious. I finally know what really good gumbo should taste like, thank you. Every dish was good and made well. It's good eating all around. The duck is good, the drummer fish was good. The desserts sounded amazing so save room if you have a sweet tooth.

“Superb hidden gem in the French Quarter”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 13, 2013 via mobile

Stayed for a week in New Orleans and this was by far the best food we had. This place is easy to miss its located on Burgundy St. We were lucky and got to quickly seated without a reservation . Place is very small it only has about 12 tables but it feels like very intimate dining. The menu is as small as the dining area But we went with the special option at the bottom called FEED ME? You give the chef carte blanche to make whatever he wants for you. $50 for two appetizers and. one entree. Frog legs in Creole sauce, local fish on s bed of warm melon with hollandaise, and rabbit stew was all very delicious. Chef comes out and talks to you annoy each creation as well. It was really adventurous way to have a meal and I would highly recommend going there
