“Great burritos, good prices”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 28, 2011

We go to Juan's each time we visit New Orleans. The burritos are awesome and the prices are fair. I've never had a problem with the service as some other reviewers have mentioned. It has always been quick and efficient.

“Expect good food, poor service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 6, 2011

The food is good, plenty of options, made fresh. The service is awful, and seems to be the way they want it. A very colorful (literally) cast of characters working and dining here.

Loud music, funky atmosphere, always seems to be busy. The prices are moderate, I've never eaten anything here I didn't like.

As long as you know what you're getting into and don't have unrealistic expectations everything will be great. It is what it is, and that's why it's a good choice for the right time or group.

“Funky good food, great service without a smile”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 29, 2011

I kinda like the almost rude staff - they are really nice if you go like 9000 times and they get to know you. Quite frankly I dont go to make friends with wait staff, I go for good food, and boy do they do good food. Great serving sizes, Super Nacho's grande may be the best value in the city. Redfish taco's and some other quirky items. Dont go if you dont like tattoos . The music from the kitchen on the one in Mid City is great but you never know what your gonna get, maybe Ice T or Slayer or some local band that someone there plays in.

Every time I go, the food is very fresh. The service is fast and friendly, although interesting. Outstanding flavor, presentation, and value. Not to be missed.
