The Queen Anne has some nice rooms, but don't let them give you 153 if you want to be able to open you shades and have a view of anything but the ugly neighboring houses that are in a terrible state of disrepair.
Breakfast was a joke, just know the coffee is the only good thing.
Service at the front desk is rude. The room was clean, the bed good and only one block to the street car and a short walk to decent restuarants. It's not bad, but it was not what the website leads you to believe.

What a charming place! The rooms were amazing, the one we stayed in had a huge four poster bed with it's own fireplace and enourmous bathroom. The hotel is an old victorian that was totally remodeled and the architecture is beautiful. It is one street down from St. Charles Ave and the famous streetcars. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The only problem is that you have to check in at the Prytania Park Hotel a block away and they don't help you over with your luggage... also there are no elevators!
