We did a Garden District & Cemetery tour today with Sarah as our guide. She was brilliant. Very informative and engaging throughout the whole tour. I wish I had of used this company for the French Quarter tour as I would imagine they would all be of the same quaility... I guess I will just have to come back to this amazing place and do their other tours then! Thanks Sarah!

We are a family of four, with two young children, and use 'free tours' in our travels quite often. I find that the tours are run by local knowledgeable folks who truly want you to experience the best their city has to offer. The tour guide has the utmost incentive to make the tour the best one ever, as their post tour tip depends on it. You can bet it's going to be good, or they wouldn't be there!
We did the 90 minute ghost tour of New Orleans with Joanne and had a fabulous time. She toned down a few things because of the kids, but kept the tour as spooky as could be. We visited a half dozen haunted spots, and then also touched on a couple of vampire legends, and some voodoo. We learned a lot about the city, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!
I would recommend this walking tour to anyone visiting the city. I mean, really, why would you ever PAY for a tour, when this one is available? I consider this tour one of the best buys in the city!

When visiting New Orleans over the Christmas holidays we took three tours with this group. We took a tour of the French Quarter, a ghost tour of the French Quarter and a tour of the Garden District which included a cemetery tour. Our guides (Kate for the French Quarter, Joanne for the ghost and Denver for the Garden District) were all very knowledgeable about the city's history and presented the information well. Denver is actively involved in cemetery restoration so was full of great information about the history of burials and funeral traditions in New Orleans. It was obvious in all three guides that they shared a love of the city and an interest in sharing the history of their city with others. Highly recommend these tours.
