Had a wonderful meal here. Ordered the 8 ounce filet medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. I have eaten at a lot of steakhouses (Ruth's Chris, Flemings, Morton's, etc.) and I must say the steak at the Chophouse was the best of the best. I had never had a steak prepared "Pittsburgh Style," and really like that method of preparation. Nice sear/crust on outside of steak and tender and juicy inside. Melted in my mouth! Will definitely go back next time we are in New Orleans. Husband had 8 ounce NY Strip and he enjoyed it, also. Had creamed spinach and loaded baked potato as sides and both were very good. Service was excellent. Jason took very good care of us.
