“Location, Price, Atmosphere and Staff all done right!”

Stayed three nights here at New Years and had no complaints. The architecture is stunning throughout, the room was extremely comfortable with a nice flat screen TV, very comfortable beds, immaculate bathroom, and complimentary bottled water and free Wi-Fi. The staff was beyond accommodating, with great recommendations for food, directions to whatever we asked and a smile at every turn. We opted for valet parking and found it worth the extra cost. We walked EVERYWHERE. My next trip to NOLA I'll try to stay here again.

“Hot Water !!!!! yes Thay have it!!!”

Under the duress of Working 21 Days Straight for "Super Gras", When I finally made it to Baronne Plaza, the hotel and staff were outstanding, and OMG HOT a water bath, most important and they had lots of it and clean towels!!! All that and a Hair Salon and Diner attached to the hotel, I am defiantly re booked for St Patricks Day weekend, cant wait to come back!!! Matthew Thomas Outstanding Manager!!

“So-so rooms in a great location”

We got a great price at the last minute for a stay during Mardi Gras. It's very close to the French Quarter, but on a quieter street. That's the only plus. We got an inside room, which smelled musty as it never gets fresh air. It was clean, but it could use newer linens & carpet. If your plan is Mardi gras & being out all the time, it'll do. Personally, I don't think I'll stay again if we come back.

“Enjoyable Stay”

Nice hotel! The staff upgraded us upon check in. They held our bags and asked us to get out and enjoy the day, since the room was not quite ready.

The lobby has a mini model of the city and the printer was helpful for flight passes. No complaints other than a few patrons being loud in the hallway in the wee hours, but it is New Orleans, afterall.

I wish they would have had a pool to enjoy at the end of a hot day.

Room Tip: The king suite was very nice!
