“Good food, Great service.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 26, 2013

The food was good, not blow your mind good, but good. I ordered the pancakes, I'd eat them again. The service, though, was really great. The guy was super nice and attentive.

“order the fisherman's boat”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 23, 2013

in my best Keanu Reeves impression..."whoa".
Before ordering the Fisherman's boat, you better come hungry.
Great place to stop by after visiting the garden ward and Magazine St.
If you don't like this place, something is WRONG WITH YOU.

“Classic sports bar restaurant with average food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 20, 2013 via mobile

Happened upon this place while walking around looking for Mexican. Maybe my heart was just set, but this was not what I wanted after all. The menu looked ok, but food ended up being just mediocre. Red beans and rice had nice roux, but pieces of the rice were hard and crunchy. Chicken pasta was good. Ate the pasta, left the chicken and sausage. BBQ nachos were good however slightly over toasted. They actually had sweet tea, but it tasted like it had been sitting out overnight or something. Maybe they just use a weird brand or something. Weren't many other people in there at 7:00 on Friday night...should have clued me to keep walking. A bit on the expensive side $50 for the two meals, nachos, and 2 drinks. I can eat at Chili's cheaper and have better food.

“Good Breakfast, Good Service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 19, 2013

Enjoyed the "create your own" omelet so much we went back there later in the week. Hidden one block off of Canal in the Quarter. Nice airy bright space.
