“Farm to table in Nola”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 13, 2013

Entrées and appetizers were well prepared but serving size very small. Only three scallops in a $28 entree. The wine list has excellent wines by the glass. Service and atmosphere very good. Tables are very close together.

“Wonderful dining experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2013

Two friends and I had a wonderful lunch at Coquette. It was walking distance from our B&B. My friends each had 2 appetizers (like tapas) and I had the 3 course lunch. Everything was delicious and the right size. We shared my dessert of chocolate beignets and banana shake. Perfect with the rich coffee. The staff was attentive and helpful. The price was appropriate to the high quality of food. We all highly recommend this restaurant!

“Very good location for smal group dinner”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 11, 2013

We hosted 13 business people and their terrific staff made ordering off the menu a flawless experience. Menu was very creative and a number of "firsts' were experienced. With some dishes the portions are small but flavor is intense. We were able to gather at an upstairs table and even though there were others in the room, it was unnoticed. This was a great evening. The only thing keeping it from a perfect score was opinion of several in our group that portions were limited. In some cases the difference between small plate (great idea) and large plate were minimum. You might consider having a four or five course dinner all made of small plates plus a dessert.

“Ambiance, great service and wonderful food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 10, 2013

We loved this very cool bistro on Magazine St. The grouper was some of the best I've ever had and the side dishes were innovative and wonderful. Wines are interesting, different but very good - nice to try something new and like it. We went with friends who live in NOLA and they certainly found a winner.

“A Dinner Must!”

Charm of the building, attentiveness of service, creativity/quality/deliciousness of food all make this an outstanding and delightful dining experience. If only we lived 1600 miles closer!
