“Outstanding Once Again”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 4, 2013

This is my third visit to Coquette and I was sure that it could not possibly be as great as I remembered. I am so glad I was not disappointed. We were a table of six and we ordered the three course lunch special for $23. The pork stew was exceptional. Several in our party were hesitant to try this because it sounded a little too rustic and heavy. It was delicious ! The second course was shrimp and grits with a few boiled peanuts and tiny heirloom tomatoes. Though this dish can be very simplistic, the complexity of the sauce kicked it up a notch . And of course, dessert is always a surprise. Today we had kettle corn ice cream. Going back to Coquette real soon. If the upstairs is available, the seating there is a little quieter with a little more ambience.
Don't be afraid to try something you have never tried before, you won't be disappointed.

“"Will Not Return"”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed September 4, 2013

This was our second visit to Coquette and it will be our last. There are too many excellent restaurants in New Orleans to put up with such poor service and attitude.

“Great neighborhood venue to enjoy a casual dinner”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2013

Great atmosphere, service and food. Easy to park in the neighborhood. We had the softshell crab with corn maque shoe which was divine. The dessert menu is quite interesting. We all ordered something different and so we had 4 different selections to taste. Worth the extra calories for sure.

“Charming in Garden District !”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 30, 2013

We make this restaurant our Sunday stop for brunch before heading home to Florida. We enjoy the presentation of the food, The servers(Erin) are knowledgable and attentive . We had a kale salad and meatless eggplant dish that were wonderful. They also had our table set when we got there.

“BEST FOOD THIS TRIP !!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 29, 2013

Wow what a surprise this trip. Wonderful service, quiet Monday night, and very knowledgeable server. The tuna with melon and shaved ham and popcorn !!! Gulf lump crab in brown butter and curry was to die for, really good. Really had a great time and want to go back soon.
