We had a great stay at the Dauphine Orlenas hotel. I participated in a wedding that was held outside in their courtyard.

The staff were great and very helpful. The onsite breakfast was perfect.

The location was close to Bourbon so it can get a little noisy, but it was not an issue.

We will definitely book again at the Dauphine for our next trip.

We just returned from a 4 night stay at the Dauphine Orleans. Location is outstanding (block from Bourbon, two blocks from Royal and a few blocks from Canal). We felt safe walking during the day and at night. Friends had a wedding there on Sunday night and we had a chance to take full advantage of all hotel amenities. The rooms adjacent to the courtyard have so much character with old exposed brick, rustic wood beams, some had a fireplace etc. We stayed up on the 4th floor in a beautiful king size room. Decent space and the room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and modern. Each room had a refrigerator. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful but the service staff were so nice and friendly and went out of their way to say hi, ask how you were doing, etc. Breakfast was complimentary but we forgot it was included and never experienced it but heard it includes waffles, fresh fruit, yogurts, juices, breads, etc. We went to the bar in the hotel a few times and really enjoyed the service and recommendations from staff. Only downside to the main hotel was the musty scent and humidifiers would go a long way. The ducts are in need of a serious cleaning as well and you can see the build up of dust in them. The front desk area always smells like a perfume bottle exploded which should also be addressed. We would absolutely stay there again. Miss it already.

We recently stayed in New Orleans for several days and had a great time. The Dauphine Orleans hotel was very nice, clean and had a good breakfast . The bed was wonderful. The front desk manager Aisha Adams and the gentleman who works in the garage(didn't get his name) both wonderful employees..very helpful. The location was very good also, within walking to everything in the French Quarter. Close but fairly quiet, for New Orleans.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Dauphine Hotel. Its a great location in the French Quarter - walking distance to everything but not on one of the noisier streets. There a free continental breakfast and a free drink at the bar; the customer service was great (everyone was SO NICE!); the room was great - we had a small balcony with an adorable view over the rooftops of the neighborhood. I would 100% recommend and look forward to staying there again!
