B&W provided wonderful hospitality! The B&B is so relaxing, beautifully decorated and we LOVED the fountain sounds from the water gardens near our room! We will definitely be back next time we are in town! Come here if you are looking for great ideas off the beaten path!! They will tell you all about New Orleans best kept secrets!

What a marvelous first experience to New Orleans! our room was so comfortable and pleasant - the courtyards are relaxing, loved the chameleons too! Rob & Kevin are fabulous hosts, the time in the morning chatting with them was entertaining and informative. Breakfast presentation was out of this world and tasty too. If we get an opportunity to return to New Orleans this will most certainly be our B & B of choice. Forget the clinical cookie cutter hotel rooms and stay here. Close walking distance to French Quarter and the trolley line so there is no need for driving once you arrive.

Our new home away from home. We could not have felt more welcomed and comfortable anywhere else in New orleans! You'll definitely want to stay at the B&W. One of the other guests had been to NO eight times and said her stay at the B&W was the most comfortable she has ever been.

The owners Rob & Kevin have the greatest advice and stories to share. If you follow it you will surely be pleased.

It was our first time in NO and we'll stay at the B&W for all of our future visits. When you've already had perfection, why stay anwhere else.

The beds are like clouds and the hot tub a plus after all the walking you'll surely do. Happy travels!

Blame it on the B&W....

We argue about whose idea it was to buy a Creole cottage in New Orleans. I say it was my boyfriend's idea, he says it was mine... but one thing we can agree on -- the seed was sown at B&W Coutyards.

Just steps away from the Quarter on a quiet residential block in the Marigny, the owners of B&W have created their own fabulous vision of antebellum meets exotic East in a cloistered historic compound.

The cool dim porte cochere entry leads to two sunny lush tropical courtyards with slaphing fountains, statuary niches, bright flowers, bamboo and banana groves. Each surrounding guestroom or suite has its own unique style and charm and comes complete with diary for recording your impressions.

Breakfast in the formal dining room is a treat not to be missed, where your hosts hold court: Kevin greets you with his beaming smile while Rob regales you with his tales of high drama, and guests compare their previous night's musical and eating experiences. You can trust Rob and Kevin's advice for fabulous food, memorable music, shopping and antiquing and activities all presented in a personalized guide of "Things we Like to Do."

Once you experience the seductive romantic charm that is the B&W, you will want to return to New Orleans again and again. But take it from me, you don't need to get your own place there! Just stay with Rob and Kevin. Because coming back to the B&W Courtyards is like coming home.

We had a great time here with the highlight being having breakfast with the hosts everyday. Our room was nicely attended to daily and the hosts were extremely helpful with their recommendations regarding New Orleans. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else on future trips.

The first time I visited New Orleans, I stayed in a soulless hotel, in a drab room. On the second trip, we stayed with Rob and Kevin at B&W Courtyards. Oh, the difference! Incredible! Since then, we have stayed two more times, and plan to return just as soon as we can. The rooms are delightful, full of personality - the courtyards green and inviting - the location in the historic Faubourg Marigny is perfect, close to the French Quarter but away from the crowds. Best of all are Rob and Kevin themselves - they are the BEST! They are truly gracious hosts, and their knowledge of the city is a fabulous resource. Oh and by the way, breakfast with Rob, Kevin, and your fellow guests may just be the best show in town!

Staying at B & W Courtyards when visiting New Orleans for the first time was like staying with a favorite uncle - the BEST advice on where to go, WHEN to go (quite often even more important!), what to do in a limited time frame, how to pronounce the difficult names (N'Awlins vs New Or-leens). We received a welcome letter, a weather report, a map (with the best & worst areas marked), and our room was SO comfortable - no amenity forgotten!! But the best part was the lively conversation at "breakfast" - from stories of Mardi-Gras parades/costumes to sharing family experiences and histories. Rob & Kevin set the tone for the best vacation we've had in quite a while!!!!
