“In Whole Hog Heaven”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 2, 2012

Visited the WH for lunch, Had the brisket and the pulled pork. Both were excellent, would give the pulled pork Excellent+! Also had collards, coleslaw, macaroni and cheese and cornbread with our meals. A very pleasant surpise for a small cafegteria style place in an office building lobby. Hint: Next door to the Hyatt Regency Hotel where lots of bsuiness meetings are held.

“Finally, New Orleans has...”

Finally, New Orleans has a TRUE barbecue joint. This is the real thing, not a sloppy joe posing as 'cue. The pulled pork is always tender & tasty, if you want sauce - all the better. Unlike most local joints that pitch a variety of sauces, this pork stands on its own. That's the mark of good barbecue, in my book.
