We booked a tour in advance and arranged a pickup at our hotel. On the day of the tour the tour bus arrived, we wanted to pay with our credit card but it was rejected from their card reader. We had no problems with the card at checking in at the hotel and later on at different locations. Only the card reader from Isabel's bus driver rejected our card. Of course, we do understand that the company needed a proof of payment, but they already had our credit card information in advance, so they could use it without this silly wireless card reader. We offered them to take us to any ATM to pay it cash, but they refused to take us with them and left us standing at the hotel.
