LB was recommended to me by a trusted contact prior to my visit and it did not disappoint. The rooms, the service and the meals were all fantastic. It is very clean, everything is basically new and the wireless network provided great access from all over the hotel. David and his staff were great hosts. I will definitely stay there again.

David, the friendly hotel owner, speaks english well and made it a point that our stay was accomodating and pleasant. The breakfast meals were terrific and our children appreciated the evening ice cream that became a nightly ritual! Our rooms and bathrooms were very clean with comfortable beds. A surprise was the nicely landscaped grounds that provided a beautiful and peaceful retreat to relax. The staff made all arrangements including travel for a terrific all day tour of the La Fortuna / Arenal area that will be a pleasant lasting memory of the beauty of Costa Rica.

I appreciated the personal service and friendly staff. The rooms were clean. The hotel provides a comfortable stay. Gated entry for safety. Beds were very comfortable. A welcoming environment. Staff was extremely helpful with transportation arrangements and suggestions for sightseeing. Recommended enthusiastically.
