“Authentic and Delicious Korean Food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 29, 2012

Great family operated Korean restaurant. No frills, no fancy dining area, but the food is second to none. Good portion, very tasty. This is a place you don't want to miss.

“Great find for authentic Korean!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 10, 2012

Went looking for another restaurant that was closed, so saw New Seoul and I love Korean. My business partner had never tried, so I took him there as I was curious as well. I've been to Korea and had some great food in restaurants and on the streets. Their food matches some of the great dishes I had there! Absolutely loved their kim chee, pickled daikon, kimchee daikon and sweetened grilled potatoes that come as automatic side dishes. The flavors of their grilled spicy pork bulgogi was awesome! You must order the side of lettuce with bean paste to put on and have the pork with it. Outstanding! Also had their kimpop (very similar to a sushi roll as it is the Korean equivalent) and it was also super! Had their Galbi and another outstanding dish. Wish I could have tried their Ginseng Chicken or Bibimpap as their menu has photos to guide you as well. I would go back there in a heartbeat!

Great food, tiny restaurant. Avoid at busy times it can get slow, great for takeout too. We're happy every time.

“Food good, restaurant short staffed”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 29, 2011

My wife and I come here about every 3 months or so for bi bim bop served in a "rockcooker." It is very good . However, the place can be slow if crowded because there is usually only one server. So if the place seems full, you may want to move on; otherwise stay for good basic Korean chow.

“Nice Experience”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 12, 2011

Tiny place, very helpful staff, great food. This was our first experience with Korean Cuisine, and we will likely be back. I was not disappointed with the highly recommended rock cooker Bi Bim Bop, with the Chili paste on the side. My husband had the pork bokum ( a fairly spicy dish), and he was quite happy with it. A bit pricey for lunch; most dishes in the $12-25 range.
