The lunch buffet is just to be seen to be believed. The staff knows me on sight now, and I always feel welcome, attended, and well fed. I always overeat, the variety and flavors are just amazing. There's "safe" things to eat if you're new to Indian cuisine, and even on the buffet, there's usually one or two "different" things I'll give a try. You know, to broaden my horizons while I pile up pakora, samosas, chicken tiki masala, and grab a dish of mango ice cream with some sugar-soaked cheese balls... oh lord, just writing this my eyes are watering, I HAVE to go now. Oh, dinner menu goes on and on, categorized by style or region, and I think it's 6 pages of single space type long. Mango Chicken 2 star hot. Oh, lord... where are my keys.
