My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and used a gift certificate that we were given. We have lived in the area for sometime but this was our first time there. The decor was not surprising to us...but could be to some. It is a "traditional old time Wisconsin Supper Club" atmosphere. The wait staff was very attentive and our waitress was great and asked if we were there for a speical occasion. They gave high end service (even with plastic table cloths). Our relish tray-bowl/rolls/soup or tomato juice and salad (I suggest the French Roquefort) were standard "old school" options. But the main entree- the steaks were average...not great...needed more flavor. We had the NY Strip and Filet Mignon ($36-$42 each),
we felt that the quality of steak did not deserve the price. We ended the dinner with a ice cream drink - the Grasshopper...which I last had about 30 years ago.It was very good and brought
back good memories. Our waitress had added 2 candles in it for our anniversary. She made the night very pleasant.
