This hotel property and staff are excellent! They have some of the best customer service. I stay here on my business trips to Madison. They are reliable, friendly, and care about customers. The hotel property is very comfortable as well. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I recently got stuck during the blizzard and they made my extended stay enjoyable.

We've stayed in this Cambria before. It was excellent then, and the same now. The rooms are spotless, modern and spacious. The decor is very appealing. We had a king suite with a separate sitting space which is nice is one of you is a night owl. The bed is wonderful, with nice linens. The products in the bath are from Bath and Body Works, a nice plus. I want to buy the towels. The coffee in the lobby is excellent.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and two televisions in the suite. Fridge and micro were a must since the free breakfast was dismal. It wouldn't take much to improve the breakfast - employing someone to tend the area would be the first improvement. The whole eating area is very attractive and open, but only once did we see anyone working the area in the four days that we stayed. The hot tub area looks out over a pond, the hot tub was hot but the pool is maybe 10 x 5 feet. The workout area was nice but two pieces of equipment were broken throughout our stay. Staff also needs to know that a surprise party means not putting up signs!

We stayed here for just one night as we were driving through town. I regret that we didn't get a chance to stay here longer! The place is immaculate. The room is laid out very thoughtfully - it reminds me of a Hyatt Place but is much better, actually. We didn't eat breakfast downstairs since we brought our own food but the buffet is a nice touch. No problems with any of the staff. I'll be sure to check out Cambria Suites in other locations in the future!
