Stayed two nights and was very pleased. The property is spotless, the staff is friendly and helpful and the room exceeded expectations for the cost. The breakfast was average one morning and above average the next with scrambled eggs which were actually edible, a rare find in a free buffet style breakfast. We will stay again when in Madison on business or visiting family.

From the friendly person who checks you in to the immaculate room. Everything about this place says "we want you to come back". A short time after I had checked in I recieved a call from the front desk making sure everything was acceptable. I really appreciate the alcohol wipe to sanitize the remote, I wish every one did that. The USB charger on the desk is a nice touch. Warm chocolate chip cookies in the lobby and free drinks at the bar. Had to leave early so I wasn't able to check out breakfast. When I come back to Madison I will be staying here.

I found need of a hotel in Madison recently and ended up finding the only room available at the Comfort Suites, Madison West. The desk service was very good, rooms clean, bedding very comfortable and the location is quite quiet. Even though I stayed there two nights, I was unable to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast but noticed it looked quite sufficient with much variety. I will stay there again and you cannot do wrong doing the same.

What could have been a train wreck of a trip was made wonderful by management.
I fell in love with this hotel last year and made plans to stay here again this year. My specific reservation (adjoining rooms) was somehow changed and it seemed as though our trip was going to be rather uncomfortable and very awkward.
I spoke with the manager the next morning and she was very patient and wanted very much to make me happy. As it turned out, the one thing that would work for me happened - an adjoining room opened up.
And the manager STILL went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. And I was very pleased with the way I was treated for my inconvenience. I wasn't patronized or talked down to and she really did seem to want to go that extra mile to ensure that I left happy.
Yep. Still going to come back here next trip. I'll just try to figure out a way to ensure better communication between myself, family, and hotel staff. :)
