Friendly service. Nice room. Love the complimentary breakfast; healthy options are there if you heed them. The in-room kitchen can save you a little money. OK, the pool's a little chilly for me, but the hot tub was just right. Even the family dog was welcomed with a treat. Good location near mall on West side.

Great attentive staff, wonderful front desk gentleman always remembering my name and everyone making me feel right at home during my extended stays. Breakfast this morning was Quiche Lorraine, hash browns, sausage, exquisite pastries and all the regular fixin's of fresh cut and whole fruit, milk, oatmeal, juices, bagels, waffles, oh I could go on... And then the dinners, in a word amazing. Housekeeping makes sure all is in perfect condition when I get 'home' and thanks to Nayeli to keep everything stocked in the room. Great workout room, quiet location, good business services. Great sleep. It's all I need while on the road.

Well Done accommodations for an extended stay situation.On the West side of Madison, Close to Verona for the 2013 USA Cyclocross NATIONAL Championships. Convenient to the venue. Really like the separate bedroom and living area with a sofa Bed. Quite accommodating for my family and friends. Lots of room to spread out; sleep; and Love the Breakfast and Dinning options AT the hotel.

I have never been treated so rudely by hotel staff. They did not honor the rate that the reservation was made. No manager's reception & the breakfast was very disappointing. Hampton is just across the parking lot, don't pay extra for the homewood name for this one.
