“Clean, Quiet, and Dog Friendly!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 27, 2013

This is the best Best Western we have ever stayed at. We had a room on the 2nd floor in the corner. There is a nice patio there with a couple of tables to sit at and it overlooks the pool and parking lot. Our room looked like it had been fully renovated and was clean. This room was very quiet--no road noise or door noise or people noise at all. The hotel seemed to be full--at least the parking lot was. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was plenty of lights in the good sized room and plenty of darkness when we wanted it. There are a lot of dogs around, since it was dog friendly, but the grounds were kept clean. Staff was friendly. No complaints.

We are staying in the family suite. It is an older room, with updated TV's and counter tops, but it is clean!! Most suites we have stayed in have 3 beds, but not enough room to move around once the luggage is opened, but this is roomy. The bathroom area is big enough that the girls can do their hair while someone else is showering. The beds were soft which I enjoy. I have dealt with 4 different employees and each one has been nice. The breakfast lady was extremely pleasant. The breakfast had several choices. I always stick with waffles and fruit, but they also had cereal, yogurt, biscuits/gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage. My only complaint would be the lack of microwave. I didn't want to eat cold leftover pizza, but luckily our teenagers will eat it regardless of the temperature. We would stay here again.

We got a great king bed, mini fridge, room to spread out, great breakfast, and friendly helpful staff. Parking right in front of first floor room. No road noise. Heater fan a bit loud, but keep room warm thru the night! ... I usually stay at Marriott properties, which this is not, but not a bad substitute for a motel type property. One of the best Best Western's I've stayed at.

Room Tip: If you want convenience, or do not want to walk up a flight of stairs, be sure to ask for a 1st floo...

We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious and updated, and the free breakfast in the morning was fantastic. We're planning to come back to try the heated jet pool. Fantastic stay!

Receptionist balancing spinning plates on sticks trying to keep the business moving along.
Room basic. Boys you have to squat to use the toilet as our room 101 had one of those seats that was forever fighting gravity! Would never stay vertical! Manouvering around the famous `over sized sinks' could be hazardours for the obese. Eliminating the comforts for a fair number of the population.

Hot tub looks like you could a couple of alligators in it.

Breakfast good with one of those swivvel waffle makers. Pity about pastic knives and forks.

Room Tip: Ideal for Mesa Verde

Not the cheapest hotel, but the staff was super friendly and helpful, from housekeeping to front desk to breakfast. Rooms are older but are clean and in good condition. Huge hot tub was fun. Breakfast in the morning was good too!
