My family and I stayed at Travelier Inn recently. We have stayed here several times before. It was a decent enough place, not fancy but served us ok. Front office was friendly and helpful. All our requests were met in a timely manner.When we travel to this area again we will definetly consider staying here again. Some might not like the fact that door opens with a key instead of a card key, but it was no biggie for us. My main issue was that the air conditioner didn't work as well as we would have liked. Spoke to manager about it and hopefully they will correct it. Also the price was reasonable and we mostly need a room for sleeping anyway. Also the pool was good.

We checked into the Travelier after deciding to stay another night in Hot Springs. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was a good size and was clean. It didn't smell either which was a problem in our other hotel the night before. There were lots of kids there which made it a little noisy and you do get some traffic noise as well. We didn't get in the pool because of all the kids but it looked nice and clean. I wish they hadn't filled in the hot tub but oh well. The Internet connection was also better than our previous hotel. We were able to pick up discounted tickets for Magic Springs the next morning. I was happy with our stay. Give it a chance

The owner was not truthful when we made our reservation. I made a reservation for a single mom I work with to take her two kids and spend one night at TRAVELIER INN and take them to magic springs for one day. I told the owner what I was doing and he let me give him my credit card information over the phone. When she got there the next day to check in he would not let her check in because she did not have MY credit card with her. He knew I wasn't coming and he knew I was buying this for her as a gift. So she spent the next hour driving around in her car with no air conditioning and two kids to find another hotel room. So when when I got my statement guess who charged me for a room he didn't allow her to stay in??? TRAVELIER INN. He's a scam artist with a strong accent who acts "confused" because he knows he's not telling the truth.

Dirty stinking, could not control room temp,dirty matted carpet.....
