“Don't Miss!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2012

These gardens are spectacular! We loved the trails, the waterfalls, the koi pond, and of course the plants. We also loved the watefalls in unexpected places. The volunteers were very friendly and helpful. It's a perfect way to spend an afternoon.

“Really nice place to visit”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 5, 2012

This is a really nice plavce. Unfortuneately we went when it was 100 degrees outside so we were really hot! The directions that are posted n the gardens really needs to be a little more precise as we got lost a few times. Other than that I loved it. Loved the trails and the waterfalls. Really clean and well kept.

We enjoyed the leisurely walk through Garvan Woodland Gardens over the Labor Day weekend and highly recommend the experience for those who enjoy the outdoors and easily accessible trails. The Anthony Chapel on the grounds is especially breathtaking!
