“Great lunch specials”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2012 via mobile

There are actually two restaurants in Hot Springs...one in the mall and one out by Lake Hamilton. Either one, the quality is the same. Great lunch specials. I had the chicken enchilada with creme sauce, taco and beans. Quite a lot for lunch but every bite muy delisioso.

“Looks like a bar from the outside.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 25, 2012 via mobile

We where Leary at first since it looked like a dive bar from the outside. Blacked out windows and lots of beer signs. Once you open the door it was a normal restaurant atmosphere. Lots of cops, sheriffs, plain clothed, either they give lawdogs free food or they where sniffing around for doughnuts which knows..just seemed odd..small town.... like 8 of them in one place. Had good chips salsa was poor. Ordered the enchiladas bandiero mexicana or 3 enchiladas with 3 different sauces one beef Verde sauce one chicken cheese sauce one cheese with ref sauce. Very good food will come back for the food and the safety, no drinking though.

“Fajita Nachos Are Unbelievable”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 9, 2012

There are a few 4 star Mexican places around, and this is one of them. The salsa is very good, along the lines of El Fenix. It is equal to or slightly better than On The Border. The star of the menu is the fajita nachos. Truly excellent and they will fill the emptiest stomach (under $10). Lunch specials are $5.50 and I recommend the beef and bean burrito with cheese enchilada (both covered with cheese sauce or red sauce), and Mexican rice.
