My husband and I spent a week here and were impressed with everything! The owner, Skip, is very nice, talkative and very helpful! We stayed in their new 1 bedroom cabin (Cabin D) and how inviting it was indeed! The property is quiet and only nature sounds are abundant. We loved it! We were amazed how much you can enjoy such a gem inside the city limits...I mean, its actually hidden away from view, but still with the comforts of the city. They really knocked it out of the park with that investment! :) You can visit 3 Lakes within 30 minutes of each other! Lake Hamilton, Lake Catherine and Lake Ouchita...we LOVED Lake Ouchita! You won't be disappointed, I guarantee it!

We just got home from an awesome weekend at Five Points! We stayed in cabin 1 and some friends stayed in cabin F. We all enjoyed ourselves tremendously! Skip and his wife are so very nice! We relaxed, enjoyed the views of the lake, and ate some great food. I would most definitely recommend staying here to anyone! We are hoping to return soon and this time we will take our daughter and invite some of our family to join us!

We were on our way home from Kentucky and knew we wanted to stay in a cabin in Hot Springs. We chose Five Point cabins and glad we did. Skip was very helpful and nice. The property is beautiful. Also, the breakfast fixings were a nice touch:-) We will be back next year!!

We stayed 3 nights in Cabin A, one of the new ones built in the same style as the older ones. It includes a living room, kitchen with a great wooden booth/table, bathroom with shower and tub, and a huge sleeping room with windows all around, high above the ground, overlooking the lake. It was like sleeping in the trees. I am a reader and I could close doors for quiet while my husband watched the television, another plus. The owner, Skip, was extremely helpful with information about the cabin and the Hot Springs area. He provided all the "fixin's" for breakfast. The dish collection was a bit skimpy and worn but it was adequate. The location was quiet and private yet close enough (about 5 miles) to historic Bathhouse Row in Hot Springs to make it an ideal place to stay. We would certainly return.

Room Tip: Cabins A & B are new, in excellent shape, and have lots of room for 2 to 6 people.

We stayed in Cabin 5, a 2-story 2 bedroom cabin. We had couples stay in both beds, and a child occupy the futon upstairs. A few days after we left, people who had stayed in both beds discovered they had been bitten by bedbugs! (The child in the futon escaped unscathed.)

Further, the shower in the cabin was unusable. Not only is it old (circa 1940s) and small (under 6' tall), but there was no hot water. We paid a visitors fee and showered at the local YMCA.

Just got back from Five Points Cabins and could not be happier. Skip does an outstanding job for his guests. We stayed in one of the original single bedroom rustic cabins and it was perfect for our family of three + dog. Had a great time touring the local area, swimming the lake, and even taking one of the row boats provided out for a tour of the lake. These cabins are located right off of the main drag with everthing within a 1 or 2 mile drive, but far enough away that you have none of the noise. When we visit Hot Springs again, Five Points Cabins are number 1 on our list of places to stay !!!

My husband and I spent five days in the medium sized, one bedroom cabin and couldn’t be happier with the location, the service and the overall experience. Skip, the owner, is a great host-super friendly and accommodating. The cabin had everything we needed and the “breakfast fixin’s” were a great touch we really enjoyed each morning. Being pet friendly was a perfect fit for us too!

We walked to the lake to swim (3-5 min walk--literally within sight of the cabin) and spent several evenings down at the gazebo enjoying the fireflies and a nice adult beverage.

We fell in love with Hot Springs and are already planning our next trip. When we go, we will definitely stay at Five Points again!
