“Best breakfast in Hot Springs Arkansas!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 27, 2010

If you are looking for the best breakfast in Hot Springs, then this is your new favorite place! They only serve breakfast, no lunch or dinner. It's usually packed and you may have to wait a few minutes, but it's worth it. Pancakes to die for!

“excellent pancakes”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 13, 2010

This would have been a 4 or 5 rating except that after being seated it took the waitress over 15 min to come to our table. We were about to get up and leave but I'm glad we stayed - once we ordered our drinks arrived quickly and the food came out soon after. We both got the buckwheat pancakes, plain and blueberry. The blueberry were great, especially if you don't like a lot of syrup since the blueberries add some natural sweetness. Oh and the pancakes are huge - bigger than the plate. Two was more than enough. Our waitress forgot us again and it took a while to get a coffee refill, but other than the spotty service the food was great and worth a visit.

“As a former chef, the food was unedible, just pain awful !!!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed August 6, 2010

Coffee was the cheapest they could find and tasted like gasoline and bitter. Bacon was like a thin strip of greasy paper that was left soaking in it's own grease. Pancakes were disgusting. I took one bite and spit it out. No wonder the place was empty. What a waste. I would love to get my chef hands on this place and do a decent breakfast. I eat at a lot of restaurants, but this one sticks out in my head. Food from hell, I kid you not !!!

“Let Down- Too much hype, Regular Breakfast”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed August 2, 2010

We saw on-line all the statements about this place! We were staying across the street, so we decided to fight the croud, so to speak, and go there. Very long wait, food was adequate. Basically like a "Waffle House' type menu, with a few exceptions. We had the regular bacon, eggs & toast. The waited about an hour to get it. Hard to get coffee refills, hardly any wait staff, on weekend. When we got breakfast, sent out on "salad' plate, if that tells you the porptions, the bacon was so think you could actually see thru it. The coffe was good, when we got it and the orange juice was good. It stated "fresh squeezed, but not & the oj very $$. Will try another breakfast next time!

“Good Breakfast on Central Ave”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 26, 2010

We had breakfast on Sunday AM and enjoyed our meals. The food was good, the servers attentive and friendly. The only down side is you need to get their early on Sunday because of the line. We weren't in that big of a hurry, so it didn't bother us, but our predicted 20 minute wait was closer to 40. We enjoyed and will go back (just earlier in the morning)
