“Unforgettable experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 23, 2014

We never really wanted to go to Bali but we received an 'offer to be to refuse' and are so glad we took up the offer. One of the reasons we enjoyed our holiday so much was because of the friendliness of the staff at the Pan Pacific Nirwana, they were all so courteous and helpful, they couldn’t do enough for us. In the Merica restaurant (wonderful food) particularly Sumiata, Wiadnya and Wiwone or wild-one as we called him were absolutely wonderful. The resort is isolated from the main settlements and is therefore relaxing, quiet and peaceful. Our room was luxurious and had a good view of the pools and ocean. There were maybe seven swimming pools, we didn’t count them all, with two waterslides, there were lots of waterfalls and decorative pools with hundreds of Koi. The gardens and the golf course were beautiful and the sunsets breathtaking. We would highly recommend Pan Pacific Nirwana Resort and hope to go back again. Thanks to everyone at Pan Pacific regards Yvonne and Eric Australia

Recently stayed here for 7 nights on a luxury escapes package and really enjoyed every minute of it. The spa was excellent, food and drink from all the restaurants delicious and the scenery amazing. It is a little way out of seminyak/legian/kuta but there are free shuttle busses for guests running about 3 times a day. We went out for dinner in legian one night and a taxi cost $15 to get us back. We don't normally stay in resorts so this was a big treat for us and we really enjoyed it.

The Pan Pacific was an oasis to return to after a day of exploring in a climate that exhausted the senses. Featuring all the 5 star luxury comforts expected, without losing Bali's local culture and serenity. The staff were professional and extremely attentive without being obtrusive, respecting your privacy and confidentiality. Tours were handled efficiently so there was no need to pre-book until the day before, allowing for changes in weather or other factors. Please consider booking a club package as the ongoing services cover the additional cost with a private venue, drinks, food, sports options, office and personal concierge services to name a few plus an enormous suite. You're spoilt for choice with restaurants from tapas and seafood to traditional feasts featuring local shows with a delicious selection of food. Spa treatments were best at the resort, as was shopping for local trinkets. The golf course complimented the resort grounds and a must for enthusiasts with challenging fairways made easier with competent caddies. Totally recommend staying here, my only regret was not having our adult children there to enjoy it too!

staying here from 20 to 22 feb. lovely place. i booked the room facing ocean. tanah lot is a beautiful place ! no doubt on it.
i ate dining in the room oxtail soup it is nice, although still cannot compare to the one at hotel borobudur jakarta.
the service is good and prompt and fast. thank you for that.
the room is clean although i think they need to refurbish soon for like the round table in the room that is not even and put carton on the below, not so pro for a 5 star resort.
i didnt try the swimming pool but looks great.
i like the free sunset tour to tanah lot ! really great.
i like all the greens and the nice ambience there. really relaxing. although a heads up they dont have beach for you to sunbathing but the view is breath taking.
i wake up for the sunrise and sunset, i will sure come back again.
a little heads up you will need to dine alots inside the resort becoz of the secluded area, but i dont mind, the indonesian food is great. i like it alots. please do more choices on the indonesian food.

Room Tip: facing ocean really great !

We are still overwhelmed by how fantastic our wedding day was at the pan pacific. We had 102 guests all staying at the resort and each and every single one of them have had the best time. The staff are sooo friendly and they do there best to make sure you are having a great time. The rooms are modern, clean and overlook a picture perfect view. Our wedding day was far beyond my expectations and people have said it's the best wedding they have been too and it's still the talk of the town even after a few weeks. I couldn't wait to get on here and share this experience I have had, I have never felt the urge to write a review on anything but honestly this resort is the best we have been to. The food is delicious and defiantly right up there in the ratings. We had guests that were vegetarians and also had nut allergys and they came up to me to say how nice it was. I could go on for ages, if you are looking for the most perfect wedding or even a relaxing holiday look no further. We will be back. Thanks Pan Pacific!

Stayed for 8 nights with our son via a deal purchased via deals.com.au.
Upon arrival, reception staff were friendly, provided a cool towel and a cold drink.
The room was exceptional and very clean however when redeeming our voucher we requested to stay in a ground floor room which was confirmed via return email but when escorted to our room, we were in fact on the forth floor right at the end of the resort complex. We were aware the sleeping arrangement would be two double beds but the double beds were slightly bigger than a king single !! The following day we requested if we could be moved and asked if a king bed could be arranged with a roll away bed for our son which we were happy to pay for the additional cost but we were advised they'll get back to us however, after three days they never did. By this stage it was day three and we'd settled in so couldn't be bothered following this up and simply put up with the small bed.
The resort grounds and pools are beautiful and our son enjoyed the 55mtr water slide. Actually, mum and dad enjoyed it just as much.
The views from the resort at dusk and dawn are breathtaking.
Dinned at the restaurants which were all very nice however the kids menu is limited to pizzas, burgers and fires. Only other option was spaghetti bolognaise.
The resort location is very isolated so if you like to step out of your accommodation to shops, money exchanges and restaurants, you won't be able to do so at the Pan Pacific.
My review may appear negative in many aspects however we did enjoy our stay and would recommend the Pan Pacific for people seeking a secluded, isolated resort holiday.

The hotel had great last second all-inclusive rates for their New Years party. The service was phenomenal and the view amazing. They had many activities besides the pool and golf. The hotel arranged for a bike tour to us to go to a tiny local beach since there really wasn't one by the hotel. The grounds are big enough so you aren't bothered by other large hotels looming over the corner and obstructing your view since you are a good distance from the busiest touristy part. Great access to other parts of the island though. The hotel has a shuttle that takes people to seminyak and other parts of the island daily.
