“Great value hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2012

My partner and I stayed here from the 15th June 2012 - 22nd June 2012 and really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to family and friends wishing to stay in Kuta.

Overall these are my thoughts -

Positive:
- Location: Right in the heart of Kuta close to the nightlife, restaurants and beach.
- Price: For what you get the price of the hotel is really value for your money. Especially if booking of Agoda.
- Service: The staff were very friendly and always willing to help.
- Breakfast: Good range of food available for breakfast.
- Rooftop: The pool and dining area are very nice. I also really enjoyed the pool party and movie night hosted by the hotel

Negative:
- Room Size: The room and bathroom size is a little small. Really enough to sleep and shower. But being on holidays who wants to stay in the room all day. But having said that they are very clean with daily room service and also considering the price per night I cant really complain.
- Sound: Having stayed there 9 nights, for 8 of the nights I had a great sleep not being woken by any sounds. However on 1 of the nights there was a prom night function on and even with me being on the 1st floor and the function being on the 4th floor it was very loud and went to midnight I think. I ended up just putting ear plugs on I had from the flight on and not being bothered. So maybe if you are staying here and need sleep make sure no functions are on.

However overall I really enjoyed my stay here and even though there were some negatives for the price I paid for the hotel I couldn't really complain so I give it 5/5 and will stay here again if I am ever in Kuta again.

Rooms modern, not many good english tv Channels. Can't fit 2 people in bathroom at same time.
When there is an event on too deck don't plan on getting any sleep. Music goes onto about 1am

Not in best location as its a bit of a walk down to Legian central.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in June. A good hotel with a nice pool at the top and close to all the tourist spots in Kuta. You can get hassled leaving but that is everywhere in Bali. Last night couldnt be bothered so stayed and watched a movie on the roof top. The avengers, nice relxaing seats with the 3 course meal served. All in all a good place to stay. Securit at the front, clean rooms that did the job, would stay again.

Room Tip: get one away from the dtreet.

I wasn't 100% sure when I booked this hotel as the rate was so reasonable but I can highly recommend if you are having any doubts.

The staff here are amazing and very friendly!!! From Made who picked us up at the hotel to the staff at reception and everyone at breakfast they are always smiling and helpful.

The rooms are a bit small Compared to most Western hotels but totally fine and modern. The biggest plus is def the rooftop pool that has amazing views at sunset and cool pool parties. I highly recommend breakfast , oh yeah of course free wi if.

Overall a positive experience

Room Tip: Rooms on 3rd floor are near the pool, I was in 329 which was great cause it is far enough away from...

Short and Sweet:
1. Staff Friendly and service fantastic
2. Spa - Great Value and very good.
3. Location - walking distance to lots of things and taxis everywhere $2
4. Pool and decking area - Fantastic
5. Room - clean and all you need

We stayed for two nights. Paid $53 per night. We were a ,.little scared to stay after reading all negative comments but this hotel prrofed all those comments wriong. They came tio welcome us and pick up our lugguge at the taxi, check in was quick. Walls are a little thin but we were out and about every day and took sleeping tablets, so we didnt hear much of noise what other people talked about. What do you expect for $53? A clean bed, bathroom, pool, service and a friendly ambiance. Well done 101. Will stay there again

Room Tip: Ask them when you book that yiou want a quite room. We asked for a room on the groundfloor away fro...

Although nearby the main street (Legian street), we got a quiet room on the backside so we can sleep well. The room is small but simple and modern, the staffs were friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the pool on third floor and the rooftop cafe/bar. Recommended for young people/couple.

Room Tip: We got room no 321, small but nice, simple, and quiet enough.

Loved this hotel!as a young couple doing a week in Bali on the way to Australia it was amazing because we didn't want complete quietness and remoteness we wanted to be able to go out for dinner and drinks easily it is a super busy street all action an the Hotel offers a peace an quiet from that. From the first mknte we got there everything was easy every single staff says good morning, evening, night!they make your day happier!they are so attentive and kind you don't have to lift a finger!we liked the amazing rooftop pool the staff offer drinks and a really great lunch/dinner menu at the pool and they also bring around cold towels and fruit skewers throughout the day it really does make you feel like so taken care of!the staff become like family they are so nice!they have something on nearly very evening..pool party with BBQ or movie night with a big screen while lying in the comfy beds if you're not in a mood to go out!theres a lot of pubs clubs and restaurants around and just a 10 minute walk to the gorgeous beach.the breakfast is so so good huge selection it made us get up early!we wanted to do some adventure activities and we brought the booklet to the guy at reception who immediately booked it for us with zero problem. The spa is fabalous the girls from the spa came up to us at the pool asking if we wanted to book a a massage between 10-2 for 30% off and they werent even slightly pushy so we agreed and got the most amazing couples balinese massage for about €10!there are so many massage places around the hitel too for so cheap have a goo look for noce ones though cos some massage spas are just horrible! Both my boyfriend and I agreed it was probably the best hotel we have stayed at ever they do make you feel like royalty would recommend it to anyone!
