Ramada camakila is a beautiful hotel located in the heart of legian between seminyak and Kuta. We have stayed at the hotel last year for 1 month and this year for another month.
Perfect service, very personnalized, great location, beach front, rooms are spacious and very clean, very comfortable beds, turn down service every day, 24 hours room service, great food, nice swimming pools, nice spa and a very very special attention from a young and professional staff.
I would definetely recommand this amazing property for a memorable stay in wonderful Bali.
Special thanks to all the staff from Canada. I hope to see you again next year.
Thank you Ira, Adrien, nurul, anys, martini, friska it's always a pleasure to stay with you.

Really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel is located between busy Kuta and the quieter Seminyak. Located on the beach the pool and Tao have a great view. Tao staff were fantastic - should be awarded they were so friendly and even made a custom drink for us!
The room was lovely, airconditionoing was great - only two small concerns - we did get bitten by a couple of mosquitoes through the night - but the hotel sprayed during our stay and then offered us mossie zappers for our room. Second - our bath/shower didn't drain well and we were left to shower in a couple of inches of soapy water each time - not pleasant!
The surrounds were great, breakfast fantastic and staff were polite and helpful. A very western style hotel, but comfortable for us and really helped us to enjoy our stay in Bali!

We loved this hotel. We stayed for 9 nights Jan 2011 (friends and teens) and this hotel was perfect for us all. The position was fantastic - way nicer than Kuta but only 25,000 rps to get there by Bluebird taxi if you choose. We particularly liked the infinity pool, the rooftop bar/restaurant and the spa. Yes you can find cheaper spa's outside the hotel but it is immaculate and the treatments are wonderful with superior products used. And yes eating in the hotel is more expensive that out of it but it is still cheaper than Perth, great food (especially TAO's) and good when you've had a big day shopping, swimming or rafting and cant be bothered going out. And you are on holiday....The teens loved the room service....The staff are amazing and always smiling, chatty and happy. The rooms are large and the beds huge with Aussie plugs, hairdryer, safe and free bottled water in the rooms....which we really appreciated. If you do need something housekeeping (more clothes hangers) they are only too happy to oblige. We walked into Seminyak and Kuta from the hotel....the humidity was surprisingly ok in Jan...though as I said taxis to both are very cheap. In seminyak the restaurant Ultimos cant be missed its fantastic. We booked the Ubud White water rafting with the concierge and it was fantastic (not for those who cant climb stairs though)... I hadn't been to Bali for ten years and now I am hoping to return to the Camakila later this year...

Our holiday at the Ramada Camakila was most enjoyable. The friendliness of the staff, the high level of service, the promptness of fulfilling requests and the exceptional quality of the food at both restaurants are things that we have rarely experienced at other hotels in Bali.
It is very obvious that the staff at the hotel have a professional pride in their work and we understand that this has contributed to the enjoyment of our holiday.
I would highly recommend this Motel to any of my friends that would be going to Bali.
Legian area is the best area to stay, with an abundance of shopping and you are less likely to be harrassed by traders.
