“Brilliant Boutique Hotel, on the edge of Seminyak, a lovely pearl!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 24, 2011

For a few nights in Seminyak prior to travelling home, the Bali Hotel Pearl seemed ideal and I was not disappointed staying in a Garden Room.
Good;
Wonderful Staff, Exceptional Restaurant for Evening Dining !! Chic Rooms, Medium Sized pool, Great Breakfast, in house spa, all set in well tended gardens. The location is on the edge of Seminyak, in a side street off Jalan Arjuna no hassles at all from tout's and a healthy walk to Seminyak shopping. Prepay by Paypal !
Bad;
Towels are worn and aged, Restaurant does not open on Wednesdays & no beverages available during the day (other than mini bare but a short walk to the convenience store) very few Tv Channels, HBO, Fashion TV, TV5 Monde Asia (french), Voice of America and a couple of other odd selections. Also under the flight path for afternoon flights departing DPS

Will definately stay here again !! Oh did I tell you about the rabbits?

Room Tip: Ask for a room in the middle of the complex !

The owners and all staff were all very happy and helpful. Rooms are modern, clean and as there are only 14 rooms in the hotel its never seems crowded.
Owners are hands on and listen to their customers and are always trying to improve.

We spent an enjoyable 2 weeks at the Pearl. Down a short lane off Jl. 66 away from the noise of the street. Small boutique hotel, with pleasant grounds, clean rooms and friendly staff. Excellent restaurant with delicious meals and a dessert platter to die for!!! Well done Jeremy! Had one problem with the power in our room and it was no trouble to change to a room of equal value. 5 to 10 mins walk to beach. The no children <15 years suited us.

Have just stayed 5 nights at Pearl Hotel, found the rooms were very clean, towels a bit thin, breakfast was good, good location and great price and the best no children under 15 allowed so no disturbances around the pool. Only has 14 rooms so if you are looking for a quite hotel this is the place just off double six

I needed a reasonably priced place to stay for a few days before coming home and found it after someone recommended dining at the Pearl's restaurant. I had one of the newly refurbished rooms and for $78 US, I was very happy with it. It had a nice ambiance, was quite spacious and very clean. There were limited television channels, but they have dvd players you use if your not heading out and about. The pool was really nice and refreshing and set amongst beautiful, well-established gardens. The hotel has a No kids under 15 policy, which meant that I could sit out in the pool area and chill out on one of the day beds in complete peace and quite. The staff also were really friendly, as were the owners, and tended to all my requests. The restaurant is especially recommended - craps all over KuDeTa, which is over-priced and overrated. I'd definitely stay there again.

5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 5, 2010

I recently spent a week at Hotel Pearl. After 3 months of traveling around south east Asia this was my holiday from the holiday before heading home. I had the most relaxing week here and was very sad to leave. Location: absolutely perfect! just off busy jalan double six, very easy 5 minute (if that) stroll to Legian beach, easy walk or a very very cheap taxi ride to Seminyak and all the fabulous boutiques, restaurants and bars and similar distance to the hustle and bustle of Kuta. The hotel grounds are beautifully kept, the pool is perfect and there are lots of lounges and daybeds to chill out, and the no kids policy is an absolute god send! I had one of the superior deluxe rooms, on ground floor, right by the pool. The room was immaculately clean. Huge bed, with crisp white linen that you just want to lay in all day! Room was very spacious with lots of bench and cupboard space and mirrors. The semi outdoor bathroom was beautiful. The large terrace had a comfy couch, and although my room was right by the pool I never felt like my privacy was affected due to the clever design with lots of plants providing a privacy screen from the room to the pool. The breakfast every morning was delicious: fresh fruit and juice, tea/coffee, eggs and toast, at the restaurant or delivered to your room! Loved that! Fast fee wifi in the rooms and all around the hotel grounds. Had one meal at the inhouse French restaurant and the quality of the food was superb, and great value too. The owners are very friendly, but completely non-obtrusive, they are there if you need them. The staff were amazing! Always smiling, always greeting you by your name, so polite, charming and professional. Absolutely loved everything about this hotel and I can't wait for my next visit to Bali!
