First impression seems good. However, the location, the service and the rude hostess ruined our stay. The only positive thing here is the massage: great value for money. We do NOT understand why there are "Tripadvisor" and "Zoover" recommended signs everywhere. It seems that there are no recent and objective reviews on both websites. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned, and not clean. There was water leakage in the room from the 2nd floor, there was almost no warm water, the wireless internet did not work most of the time. The owners do not have any professional attitude that is necessary for working in tourism. The Dutch owner (women) is very rude to her guests. She does not leave here guests alone, constantly checking her property. Very strange rules here: you are automatically booked for lunch and dinner. And if you do not unsubscribe, they will charge you!! Unbelievable. Most other guests avoided, just like we did, to eat here, and stayed away as long as possible at daytime (and that`s why you don`t see anybody near the beach or poolside). The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, about 15 minutes walking from Ujung. It is hard to find a taxi here. You`re not able to swim in the sea here, because it`s too rough. Our advice would be: don`t go here! And, if your agent books some nights in this place, avoid to eat here. The neighbors next door (Seraya Shores, or the Kebun Impian restaurant) serve great food, in a nice atmosphere.
