“Amazing place to get rid of your daily routine”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 17, 2013

I brought along my family during the weekend. The place is so tranquil and calming down. The spiritual feeling helped me out of hustle bustle of my daily routine. Dropped by at the market was another great thing to do. My wife and kid loved harvesting the strawberries. Highly recommended.

“lovely location, no hawkers, no pestering, charming”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 16, 2013

One of the better tourist sites, for exactly the above reason, as well as being picturesque and almost etheral when the mist is on the lake. How much is able to be seen depends entirely on how much mist there is, and this is unpredictable - so you may be lucky and see lots, or you may not. Either way, lovely landscape and gardens, and refreshingly you dont have to buy postcards, a sarong and you are left to wander at will.

5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 6, 2013

Beautiful temple ,great photo-opportunity ,also a wonderful drive toward the mountain to north of Bali . Nice fresh air ,very different feel to Bali ,than Kuta area .There is some constructions going on at the moment ,so its going to become even more tourist friendly and spectacular at the same time ...Highly recommended to visit while in Bali.

“Temple by the lake”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 30, 2013

The site is very scenic and very tourist friendly. The area has been renovated and arranged to be very attractive for sightseeing. If you are lucky you can even see people conducting ceremonies since it is still a temple that is still being used.

Be patient though if you want to take a picture since there are tons of tourist around the site!
