5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 20, 2014 via mobile

We spent a week in Amed and this warung was our greatest discover! Ole is an amazing girl, always happy and really care about the environment and the health of everyone. She cook like at her home. She showed us her house, explained us many stories! Had unforgettable time with her! That s what we were looking for!!!

“Best Food in Amed”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 6, 2014

We came back several times in this small Warung, tasting different dishes, and everything we ate was delicious.
The owner is very kind, and can cook Western food as well as Indonesian specialties.
Everything is homemade.

“Nicest food in town”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 4, 2014

The restaurant is part of a freediving school. We did a course with the school and had our lunch and evening meal here. The owner Iluh is very friendly and speaks good english. She takes pride in her food and grows the vegetables herself. Definitely the place to eat if you are in Amed, we had the fish curry and seafood tempura,, mmmmm ;) Yesterday I had the pumpkin soup which is so tasty! Thanks Illuh!

“Yummy fresh, homemade food!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2014

We visited Old based on previous reviews and were not disappointed! The food is very reasonably priced and delicious. Luh is happy to adapt food to your taste, making things spicy or vegetarian or sweet...however you like it! We came back every day we were here, the tempura and Tempe satay are brilliant, and so was everything else we tried. The juices are also really good and not loaded with sugar or condensed milk! We did try a couple of other highly rated warungs but this one was by far our favourite. It's a lovely homely atmosphere with Luh cooking and humming away in the kitchen...reminds me of my mum at home!

We couldn't find any peanuts at the local shops and she called us in as we were passing and gave us some of her fried peanuts wrapped up in a banana leaf, lovely!

Thanks for making our time in Amed even better :)
