“Great Place”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 12, 2013

We stayed at allepey for two days and both evenings came to Dreamers for dinner. Excellent preparation. Fresh food. liked the pizza and prawns. Relaxed atmosphere, nice music and both days we could see same faces.

“lovely view”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 8, 2013

Good food, nice view, but staff were not the most attentive and the service was a little slow. That said, nobody is in a rush and it is a nice place to sit and chill and watch the sun set. The thatched roof and table candles give it a lovely ambience and I would recommend going there to anyone visiting the area as it really is a nice place to sit and look out over the beach and the sea and the people. The main restaurant on the first floor is accessed via a wooden staircase which is at such a steep angle that it is essentially a ladder, so if you do not have great balance, then it might be better to stick to the ground floor and miss the view.

“good food - nice ambience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 7, 2013

I had the best veg. makkani there during my whole journey. Ambience is very nice. Sometimes it took a bit long to get a fresh juice or so - but I did not care, because I was not in a hurry. In the evening it was completly full.

“Disappointed”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed April 1, 2013

We had dinner at this restaurant after reading the great reviews it'd got on trip advisor. Although the location is great (right in front of the beach and we got a table overlooking the sea), the service and food let us down. It took them 40mins to get one dish of Lasagna! Looking at the prices (overpriced!), I thought they would serve decent portions, but alas! it was not enough even for a single person. Don't get me started on the taste. We ordered another dish (paneer chilly), which yet again tested our patience and took another 40mins to arrive.

On my way down to the ground floor, I almost tripped and fell down the steep staircase :(

Overall, great location but poor service and nothing great about the food.

“Eeh.. Ok”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed March 18, 2013 via mobile

Looks like its one of those cases where they gone downhill after beeing highly rated. Juice glass had sand in it, pizza was dry, and some of the things on the menu are only available in the evening. Attitude was far from great in as well. View and ambiance is nice though. They need to get back on track.
