I & my hubby travelled to kerala through a package holiday in last week of Jan 2012 & we never expected such a dream location for stay. Initially we were lost since our driver was not aware of this location but we finally managed to reach this idyllic place after our driver got instructions from the resort owner/ director.We were escorted by a smallboat which was arranged by Suresh, extremely warm person & director of Aqua Bliss. True to the name of this resort we were glad to get into this resort as you feel you are in the lap of nature. Staff was kind and hospitable and food was good & more importantly hot and fresh; since you have to order the food prior to the meal time. Rooms are made of fully wooden interiors and very tidy.Clean & neat surroundings maintained well. Suresh was kind enough to not only give us a chance to do fishing but also he took us to his very old ancestral mansion located close to this resort. He;s an extremely helpful person who will guide someone if you need suggestions or tips about your travel queries. We cant thank Suresh enough for our memorable stay in Allepey. If u want a divine experience in Allepey do visit.

The resort is around 10 km before Alleppy....To reach to resot you need to travel through backwaters....
The Aquabliss Team --Suresh, Rajesh and Others will welcome you with warmth....Rooms are fully wooden ... traditional kerala style....AC rooms, specious and cool...you just come out of your room and you will find backwater..surrounded with coconut trees....Food you need to order before you reach there....food taste and and service is excellent....they will treat you as family with atmost care....very kind people....if you are going with family then you can carry playing cards or other games so that you can enjoy.....Just eat...and relax....

The resort was good though lonely and the surroundings were not kept tidy. Though the website boasts of a bath tub, only warm water flows in to it and it takes probably half a day to fill the bathtub.

There is no bulb at wash basin and u have to use the mirror in the dark only.
No proper lighting in the room
Room is spacious and interiors are good It only has a small AC.. It never suffices
Hot water is a problem
food is costly
Workers not prompt

We stayed in one of the bungalows at the resort and it was quite spacious and clean. Suresh was gracious enough to allow us to have a look at the traditional type kerala house they have on the property. Also he guided us to couple of nice handicraft stores located in the small market 10 mins away from the resort.
Great Food. This is the place i would highly recommend if you want to relax and catch up on a book.
