Basically a 2 to 3 star business hotel situated near to the Futian market and a 5 minute walk to the Binwang market. It consisted of a small entrance foyer with the reception to the left hand side normally manned by 2 receptionists with limited English speaking ability , it had one lift serving 7 floors and the 8th floor housed the restaurant which you accessed by stairs. With 115 bedrooms and 10 tables in the restaurant it could become a little crowded at breakfast time . Food was mainly Chinese with some fried eggs put on 3 or 4 times a week, the highlight being the welcoming smile from Lisa who took your breakfast ticket at the door.
The bedroom was ok with a double bed , 2 chairs , fridge ,TV and desktop computer . Hot drinks facilities were there but coffee sachets were never replaced after I used them the first night. Bathroom consisted of shower , washbasin and toilet with the grouting around the bottom of the tiles in the shower needed replacing or cleaned ( be careful of the drainidge pipe on the bottom of the washbasin because they are only a push fit and can come off leaving you with wet feet ) .
All in all it was somewhere to put your head down for the night and for £22 a night it was ok ( if you needed a bottle opener or anything else you either signed for it or left a deposit )
