“Lovely Place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 2, 2014

I would highly recommend this eco resort. It's relaxing, with beautiful facilities. The town itself is quite hip with interesting coffee shops and cinemas, but it's very low key and small. The couple that runs the Resort are lovely, friendly and attentive. The food at the resort is also VERY good. To top it all off the place is affordably priced. Looking forward to going back.

A really beautiful and relaxing stay. Fantastic and nourishing food and I felt so welcome. I could have stayed for two weeks. In the rainy season it was difficult to access by tuktuk on the muddy tracks through the rice paddy. If time had not been an issue, this would have been no problem at all.

I have to admit that I planned our trip to this particular city partialy because I really wanted to visit this resort and it definitely worth it! This is kind of 5star for backpackers. To get there was tough though especially the last part of the road was so broken it was difficult even by foot, and impossible by the car. But once we got there and were offered a drink I knew its just the right place! Really honest and authentic, clean rooms, helpful owners and friendly inspiring atmosphere. I could spend weeks there. Anywhere I go I look for places like this, but its so exceptional its hard to find!

We stayed here last year and it was absolutely stunning! We stayed in the tower. There were 3 of us. The owners were so friendly and helped us organise a day trip and the big highlight was going on the boat which took us down the river to the jetty where we brought beers and jumped into the river as the sun was setting. The food was also a big highlight! Would recommend this place 100% and will hopefully revisit it again.

We stayed here with our two middle school boys for 4 nights. We rented the large tower. It was perfect for our family. The boys loved it. The owners were fantastic. The staff was incredibly helpful. We opted for the tuk tuk into town and back and they were great at arranging it for us. It was incredibly beautiful! Rice fields, the river. . . I would definitely recommend this place!

Our original accom fell through and ganesha were great help, even sending their trusty tuk tuk driver to collect us. We stayed in "the tower" which was perfect for a family of 4. Very clean. We opted to get motor bikes rather than a tuk tuk into and out of town which gave us great freedom. Staff were very friendly and helpful, i wish i did make time to do yoga on site! The swimming pond was an added bonus, even i followed the kids in!! Water was out but we loved the bucket showers. Music from bar/reception did travel a little but it was ok as it stoped by 11pm.

Room Tip: Stereo music did drift a little from bar. Tower was perfect for a family. Safe, clean and comfortabl...

We stayed for 3 nights in a riverside yurt and would have stayed much longer if the budget allowed, but unfortunately the cheaper rooms were taken. The yurt is amazing and really well presented on a private platform over the water.
The staff here are so hospitable and friendly and the bar area is kept spotless and has a wonderful ambience.
The food is some of the best we have had in Cambodia. At first we thought dishes were a little pricey but as soon as we saw the size of the portion we quickly changed our minds, definitely enough to split between two!
The only issue we had here was being woken by the mosque but obviously there is nothing the owner can do about that, instead we just used ear plugs and got used to it after the first night.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Thanks Ganesha for a wonderful time. I hope we see you again.
