I was visiting one of my college friends who lives in Greensboro and ate at Smokey Bones one night. I had the "Double Trouble" which is a 1/3 rack of both the Baby Back Ribs and the Smoked St. Louis Ribs. I chose the dry rub, which was excellent, but the rub that was used while cooking the St. Louis Ribs was also great. I chose a house salad and the Big Cheese Macaroni. The salad was ok, a lot of onions and red cabbage (which I am not a fan of), but the Ranch dressing was good. The Big Cheese Macaroni was very creamy and cheesy tasting, not what I'm used to, but good as long as you can handle something heavy after all those ribs. The service was as usual when you have a lot of teenage girls working as waitresses. All in all, I would go back to Smokey Bones because of their Ribs and Atmosphere.
