“Yummy Ribs”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 30, 2012

I was visiting one of my college friends who lives in Greensboro and ate at Smokey Bones one night. I had the "Double Trouble" which is a 1/3 rack of both the Baby Back Ribs and the Smoked St. Louis Ribs. I chose the dry rub, which was excellent, but the rub that was used while cooking the St. Louis Ribs was also great. I chose a house salad and the Big Cheese Macaroni. The salad was ok, a lot of onions and red cabbage (which I am not a fan of), but the Ranch dressing was good. The Big Cheese Macaroni was very creamy and cheesy tasting, not what I'm used to, but good as long as you can handle something heavy after all those ribs. The service was as usual when you have a lot of teenage girls working as waitresses. All in all, I would go back to Smokey Bones because of their Ribs and Atmosphere.

“Bad Restaurant Choice!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 17, 2012

Chicken Wings were dry and unfavorable. Portion of baked beans was 2 tablespoons and the consistency of cold oatmeal. Best thing was the sweet potatoes ries. The meal was certainly not worth $15.17 + tax.

“Pricy bar food.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012

The food is average bar food. Wait is longer than would like. If one was drinking, probably wouldn't mind the wait, but for pop drinkers, the wait is excessive. Food is not exceptional, just average. Service is a little slow, as well.
