I eat here frequently because it's so convenient (and I love the red pepper salad dressing), but it's rarely a pleasurable dining experience. I hate "unctuous" and "Disney" but there's an indifference -- sometimes disdain -- from the time you arrive until you establish rapport with the server. The quality of server is hit-or-miss. It's a great place to eat before the Triad Stage but you feel like a beggar having to implore them to honor their ungenerous discount for season ticket holders. Brunch menu is very very limited -- and don't you dare ask for an egg white omelette....phone messages left for management were not returned and upon finally getting through on a follow up call, a manager couldn't be located....but the person answering was nice in trying to cover for the [--] that occurred when a person in my party requested said omelette. Beware that's the acoustics indoors are terrible.
