This historic theater is quaint, and provided a unique entertainment opportunity for our family. We took three of our teens, and they enjoyed it (though they were definitely the youngest there....next youngest probably in their twenties). Many tour groups were there, and enjoyed the pre-show banter with the MC. Our family had seats on the floor, but there are only good seats, because the same area where the buffet is set-up is transformed into a stage which comes down from the ceiling after dinner.
The show was well-done, funny, and engaging.
The food was alright...the roast beef was probably my favorite. The desserts provided on the buffet were nothing to write home about, and we chose to NOT purchase separate desserts from the menu for an additional charge (same with drinks...water, sweet tea, coffee included in pre-pay price....other beverages were not).
The wait staff was attentive and allowed the opportunity for tipping/gratuity at the end of the show, and it was encouraged by the MC.
