“Beautiful Hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 days ago NEW

The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, really puts one in the mood for the holiday season. The front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Easy to access, also across from the mall, can walk to. Rooms were updated, clean fresh. Bed slept wonderfully! There are several shops and restaurants as well as alcoves to meet and talk. Will stay there next time in Greensboro.

What a nice place to be housed for a conference! Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. Rooms are neat, clean and updated. Close proximity to shopping for after your sessions. Lots of restaurants on site and nearby. Really enjoyed the spot in the corner of your lobby to grab a quick cup of coffee or snack. Thanks for an overall great experience!!!

This is a newly renovated property. The rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff was, for the most part, friendly. The mall next door is very nice. Hotel is located directly off of the Interstate for easy access.

Room Tip: For a less crowded elevator, ask to stay in the older part of the building. The rooms are still ren...

Overall, the Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons was very nice! My husband and I, and another couple, were staying there for the Garth Brooks concert. When the reservations were made, we were led to believe we were reserving a suite with two bedrooms that share a bathroom. Not the case. Didn't enjoy spending the night in a room with two queen beds alongside a couple where the male sleeps naked (didn't pack jammies because he wasn't planning to share a bedroom). The second night, we stayed somewhere else...in separate rooms. Still a good place though. :)

First visit to the Sheraton was back in the 80's.At that time the accommodations were everything I expected. My trip in 2014 however, was not as impressive.Staff was not so friendly when I had a complaint over the noise. We had very noisy neighbors in one of the rooms beside us and when we complained we were told there was a convention going on.Probably the reason for all the noise in the hallway as well.Needless to say we did not get a good nights sleep.I did speak with a manager the next morning and they apologized for the noise and my complaint not being attended to the night before.

Stayed at the Sheraton 3 nights for business then extended the stay an extra night to attend a concert at the Greensboro Coliseum. Very short drive to the venue. Hotel is neat and clean and spacious. Nothing extraordinary about it but it meets the needs of a convention group. Food was good and plentiful. Rooms well appointed and clean. Elevators come quickly and staff was friendly. Right across the parking lot from a large shopping center and movie theater so there is always something to do.

Room Tip: There are two towers so ask for the one that will be closer to the ballrooms you will be using if yo...

Green Features: The hotel offers options for your room cleaning. If you don't have maid service, you get a $5 voucher for use in the hotel. Being the only one in my room, I opted for this offer. Got fresh wash clothes and towels only.

This property is right next to the mall which is super convenient and the rooms are really nice. They have one of the largest convention facilities I have seen...just huge and the amenities are awesome, Only reason I didn't give them an excellent is the front entry staff are rude. last time I was here they were rude and I guess management just doesn't care they are rude. I mean when you arrive at a hotel such as this you would think they would welcome you at the entrance with a welcoming smile and how ya doing. No chance here they just want you to move your vehicle and get out of there way. I think that out of the hundreds of hotels I have stayed at that I have EVER been abused the way there front door staff has acted toward me. So I guess if you want a comfortable room and wonderful bed and rest, an absolutely superb location and the most impressive convention location anywhere in the Triad then this is the place. Just expect to be harassed when you first arrive, but after that It's wonderful. Highly recommend it. I hope they get some more respectful folks out front, but since this is my second stay in a year and it hasn't changed then I guess they don't care...Oh well

Green Features: Very good they save water by asking guest to leave towels on the floor if they want them changed and hang them up if not
