I was travelling on a budget and couldn't afford the daily rates, but I did make my way there a few times for the day pass: lunch + swimming + access to beach for only 1200 KSH. If you're really going to spend the day soaking up the sun, I don't see a better option than the Mnarani Club. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and the views alone are well worth the visit.
The entire grounds are very well kept and picturesque. The food is delicious and filling and there's plenty to do, whether it's a trip to the beach to take a sunset cruise with Captain Issa or try your hand at scuba diving in the pool on a rainy day, they have it all...including a ping pong table.
