After a long day, nothing felt better than sitting down and being served a wonderful meal. Sharon and I, along with Meredith visited a local Thai restaurant only 6 miles away. Two thumbs up to the waitstaff and kitchen. We started off with an order of Spring Rolls and the Chive Dumplings. Followed by the Red Curry Beef, Duck Basil and Muss-Beef. The gals had the Siri's Ruby cocktail from the bar and we finished up with a very tasty Kanom Tuy desert.
Oddly enough, one of the seemingly common topics of discussion at the checkout was how large the black catfish was in their aquarium.
