We stayed here the weekend of 1/18/08. Like most of the accommodations in Gatlinburg this is an older property. The king size bed was comfortable and I had no complaints with the heating/ac. They could use a few more electrical outlets. We had to unplug the microwave to use the coffee pot. The bathroom was not in the best condition, the ceiling had a hole where a heat lamp used to be, a stained access panel, a loud ceiling fan and the stopper in the bathtub was missing.
Backing out of the parking spaces in front of the property was scary given the limited sight distance and the amount of traffic, but there is plenty of parking on a quite side street to the right of the office. The breakfast consists of cereal, toast, donuts, juice and coffee which you have to carry back to your room as there is no space in the office to sit down and eat.
The location could not be better for walking around Gatlinburg.
