We visited the peanut shop in gatlinburg. We loved the samples and purchases some peanuts. The butter toffee peanuts were stale and did not taste like the sample that we tasted in the store. We tried to exchange the can of butter toffee peanuts the next day. The lady at the store was not sure if we could return/exchange the peanuts so she called her manager, Amanda, and said that they have a no return policy because the peanut can was opened. The receipt does not state a no return/exchange policy. I am not sure why the store management would think we would want to spend $12.99 plus tax for stale, disgusting peanuts that were clumped together in the can. It was evident the peanuts were not fresh! WARNING TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS: THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!! THEY WON'T BE OPEN LONG IF THEY CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS THE WAY THEY DO!!!!!
