“Fun experience”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 6, 2014

Wife and I ate here on recent trip. Staff very helpful in recommendations. Food is very good, kinda pricey and it does take a while to finish the 4 course meal,it's all about the experience. Definitely recommend. We will be going back on our next trip.

“Go during happy hour and save money”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2014

I have been to several Melting Pots in the US. They are all very uniform, and provide a wonderful unique experience everyone should have at least once. That being said I will say you need to be prepared for the bill and decide when/what is best for you. My husband and I have gone to the Melting Pot in Gatlinburg twice. The first time we came we did the "big night out" got salads, cheese fondue, main course (meats), and of course the chocolate fondue for dessert. With tip is was around $100. The last time we went, we went during happy hour (4-7PM, Monday-Friday) and cheese and chocolate fondues were $5 per person. We skipped the salads and meats and still left feeling very full and cut our bill by more than half. Enjoy!

“Different experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2014

Second one I've been to with same great experience. Beats the regular going out to eat deal. Had 17 yr. old and 5 yr. old and both loved it. Variety of combinations to choose from. Best desert chocolate. will go back.

“Good meal (overpriced) but Excellent service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 24, 2014

IF you go, be sure to ask for waiter Michael H. and if your experience is not as good as ours, I'll be totally surprised. HE made the experience totally awesome! This guy was more like a personal shopper for the rich and a waiter at The Melting Pot. He walked us through the entire process, recommended each of the four courses, told us cooking time for each, advised us on several types of cuisine and actually made the evening worth the overly priced meal.
Best food entertainment I've had in the Smoky Mountains...
